Really good work on the conversion! The paintjob is superb as well.
The only thing I would suggest changing, is the blob of green goo, coming out of the piping. Longer one would be better. There was some nice tutorial on those on Massive Voodoo last week. With this mini I would definitely give it a try, if I were you.
Also, some additional shots would be handy, as it's a shame we cannot see the other sides of it. I am especially curious about the power fist thingy!
